You have this all wrong. Spend $150 on a grinder and $10 on a v60 and buy the best beans you can find and you’ll have excellent coffee. Too many people think equipment is more important than coffee. It isn’t.

The obvious explanation to my mind for all of the murder and crime is simply that the people who go to Eton are incredibly entitled. They grow up in a society where they are taught that they are entitled to anything and everything they want

That’s how I read the article too. We wanted to move from ruby to node. They even admit that the most well know language is ruby in their org. Seems like a pretty serious waste of resources to me.

I think it's probably quite difficult to report on this topic for very long without developing what appears to the rest of us like bias, but maybe is just the balanced way of approaching the situation. For example when you read the wit

So I’d sell products to my customers (say bags of coffee) and then 30 days later come by their house (charge their credit card) to collect? This is a terrible idea. Half of the people wouldn’t have the money and your company would become a

Sounds like they took acid and also designed it doesn’t sound like they designed anything more interesting because of the acid. In fact (no shade on a good trip) maybe they’d have got more designing done if they weren’t taking acid at work.

I think this is amazing. Not every attempt to solve housing problems will be a hit but we have to try or else we’ll never succeed. Hopefully the next round of solutions will learn from these attempts. I will say that it might seem contradic

Here is an article on the prices, seems like prices for domestic travel have fallen somewhat (about 25%) since the 60s. That is comparing economy. So if you compare business now to economy then I think the price has probably increased drama

People seem a little confused about this. So, things can be both cheaper and worse. Things being cheaper does not mean they are better. So has flying become relatively cheaper - yes. Has it become worse - yes it has. Also, it's not cle
