Ya, why are you trying to drink so much water. There's no health benefit to it, and potential problems if you actually force yourself to drink in excess of your food intake (though that tends to be hard to do).

You can't with iPhone since the App Store is the only official way to get onto an iPhone. I can't speak to android, but suggesting that the iOS App Store is "nothing more than a listing and payment processing" is sort of like saying you'd r

A couple of notable quotes: 1. I’ve sold tens of thousands of games direct online, since I started in 1998 2. It took me maybe 5 years before I could live from my direct sales, and was able to quit my job. 10's of thousands doesn't soun

I think this is a very narrow view of it all. At the risk of sounding like someone who has drunk too much of the Apple kool aid, here's the big picture potential of all of this together... If apple makes this a cohesive environment. Downloa

exactly, reading through the article, the researcher got a lot of negative feedback (death threats) throughout the course. He wasn't ever saying we necessarily should be providing financial incentives, but he was asking if they work or n

They don't go into much detail, but they are talking about contextual ads (google adsense), so this isn't that surprising at all: contextual ads on celeb stories pay less than contextual ads on mortgage stories. But, for large sites that se

Long article, but one I found particularly interesting as I have a medical background. The article presents it as if it was some big revelation in 2005, but I'm not sure it was as big as implied. I mean some of the specifics were, but I tr

Here's my advice regarding sorting out #1 vs #2. The question in my mind is how much each factor is. When I quit my day job, the social pressures/burning bridges aspect of it was a part of my reluctance. But, of course, more financial in
