Have you ever faced a problem or system so complex, that you tried to understand and gave up in frustration? Do you think there are systems out there completely beyond humanity grasp? that we won't even have an entry point to reason ab

I'm interested in the topic complexity in and managing it, and would love to hear any suggestions/sources to read. As for this thread, what I'm seeing is: - the thesis of this article is that the world is getting more complex

My guess is that potato diet guy is under large caloric deficit, the body needs minimum calories to run basic functions, once those are depleted it starts using the stored fat. But my understanding of ketosis is that it is a metabolic state

There is also this elitist vibe that comes from posts like these. The message is that she've worked so hard, she is extremely passionate, and she is willing to neglect her family and her teeth to pursue what she has in mind, therefore

I gained muscles, I was working out daily after the 2 weeks and dropped my body fat from 25% to 15%. After the fast, my body fat was 10% and I didn't like it, as I looked skinny. If you want to stay at the low body fat, you can just re

Once I finished the 35 days fast, I started going to the gym. Body fat dropped from ~24% to ~10% on the fast and now up to ~18% after 2 month bulk, so I added more muscle mass, but I had a lot of work as well so I was not able to hit the gy
