Also the countless many youtube videos on fasting how it got results. It is really hard to argue with facts.
- lazyasciiart 6y agoThe facts are that gazillions of people every year go on a crash diet with massive lifestyle change and lose significant amounts of weight, congratulations on joining this years cohort, and 90% of them will gain it back within two years of starting, because “how do I lose weight” is not actually a question people struggle with, it’s “how do I lose weight and keep it off forever”.
- aogaili 6y agoYeah because they go back to their old habits..it make sense, but that doesn't mean they didn't lose weight. If you want to lose weight for the long run you've to eliminate the environmental, habitual and emotional factors that resulted in gaining it in the first place.
- aogaili 6y agoAlso again I've lost fat (not any weight) and kept it, I don't want to be skinny I wanted to lose excess fat. The goal is not lose weight, it is to lose fat. I lost fat and gained muscle and kept those numbers, so where is the issue?
- aogaili 6y agoI don't understand why this is downvoted? Any arguments against those sources?
