Oh come on, that’s just silly. There’s such a labour shortage anyone with a job can almost certainly get another one pretty quickly. And the more skilled you are the more likely.

No. You can enjoy yourself, god knows we have the good life compared to 200 years ago. But joy doesn’t actually satisfy you on a deep level, and it is a childish thing to pursue. Doing really hard and responsible stuff doesn’t make you happ

People underestimate how responsive companies are to feedback, especially from customers, much much more responsive than governments. And again, you can switch jobs much easier than countries. The entire current censorship issues are becaus

Still, having speech censored at the company level is at least one step more decentralised than a government with the police and an army behind it. It’s also much easier to change job than change country.

And the EU is an extremely heavily regulated market, with almost no real innovation, just check how many startup unicorns there are vs any other part of the world.

Your question floored me for a few hours, it’s a good one, but I think I’ve worked it out. This goal applies to both men and women, but a man needs to do this in terms of protecting his family from the outside, and create the conditions tha

You might be able to trace an IP back to a user, but you're absolutely not guaranteed that that IP was only used by that particular user. Therefore even on a technical level this EU legal interpretation is insane, hundreds or thousands

I didn’t, but it sounded right. I know it might be incorrect. However, I’ve seen plenty of bad information in google answer boxes too. And finding it in actual search results is going to be way more time. It’s not a life and death question.

To expand your point further, in any given market that has online sales, if even one entity gives them CPA targets, they have a damn good idea how much a new customer is worth in that market. At that point, google has no motivation to ever

The value for users is that Reddit exists. I hate ads as much as the next person, but you can’t expect a great website that’s unprofitable to be around forever. Eventually it’s going to shut down or change. Reddit has one of the best awards

Theoretically isn't this was the head of state should do in many country's setups? They are the ultimate arbiter of power, and have the power to nominate prime ministers, but don't have real legislative power themselves.

I don’t think it matters really whether it’s 500k or 1m, if you have a massive housing shortage and a failing health service. That’s still almost 1% addition to the population every year. Even if that means 100k families, you still need an
