I like to think I’m a synth nerd in the know, and certainly chat a lot and read synth forums. But Plogue have flown under my radar. This looks like great stuff at a good price. Do you own any of their soft synths?

If I read this all correctly, there would be no path to selling games, is that right? Just curious. Looks very cool.

Pure Functional programming’s cost comes up front when you are trying to solve and express your solution. Imperative programming’s cost comes after you have written code, because it is inevitably buggy and incorrect. Imperative programmers

Photography, with a camera. Just go for a walk with a camera and look for things to photograph. You'll get much better at seeing the world.

In 20 years of working as an engineer and also interviewing, I’ve seen maybe 3 people that could be as productive without an IDE. They certainly exist, but I believe they are rare exceptions.

I think when something is built by several people, catering to outside interests, you end up with more churn, bloat, inconsistency, instability, etc. But your specific need has a better chance if being addressed. When something (like Elm) i

Agreed. Fuji are film experts - experts in presenting a human-consumable photograph. So I’ve learned the film simulations and choose when I shoot. So yes, I “shoot RAW” and let the Fuji experts post-process this in-camera.
