Just the fact that I can swap any part of this laptop, in cause they get old or worn out, is worth a premium price. If it's worth _this_ much of a premium price, I'm not so sure though.. It's quite rough - compared to Lenovo

How often per day did you eat and did you measure your keto levels? Thing is that if you over-do it and have too high keto-levels, you can get poisoned by it and that certainly have a high level of stress on the body. (The old man points th

I've tried it, but I couldn't handle the cardboard flavor, their flavor mixes are very good and I think that's part of why they're so popular.

Yep, eventually I combine it with - as you say - the standard eggs/avocados/meat. It varies though and I use keto-sticks to check what level I'm at. And like you say, depends on daily activity. I'm not a fan of vegan foo

How often and how much I eat during non-IF matters a lot. But doing regular Huel Black sizes (2-3 Scoops) 2x/day and I'll easily be within keto, sometimes it's too little energy though so I combine it with 2 eggs (organic).

I'm more of the opinion that most people don't benefit from multi-vitamins because they're in a range where they're not in deficit or the body cannot absorb it when taken orally.
