IMHO, each team does something poorly, and it doesn't mean you go on a fishing expedition to find everything else they're doing poorly. Rather, you focus on what they're doing great, and incentivize/reward them for that.

But they exist, have jobs, and are producing things of value for other companies. You still have to deal with them. It is not realistic to fire people who don't align with someone's preferred management style.

What someone is "entitled" to is an opinion. AFAIK, Courts do not adjudicate opinions, they decide if a law was broken in the context of the existing legal framework. These are arbitrary systems we set up to help us flourish as a

That may be, but IMHO its impossible to be completely neutral on this issue. All analysis is somewhat compromised and biased based on subjective weightage to historical facts, etc.

Okay, I see a lot of people discouraging you, so I'll try to be positive. I say go for it! However, your motivations don't seem very clear to me. What exactly are you trying to achieve with this venture?

In a democracy you have to make a case for it. I don't want the government spending tax dollars so they can recommend which sneakers or USB power adapter I can buy. Curation of a marketplace is not an essential service by any stretch o

Ultimately we need a cohesive strategy to convert your wishes and desires into actionable legislation and policies and consensus building around those - which is the hard part. It seems to me, few people want to take crack at that.
