No, it’s you! You’re an introvert - I’m same way! Moved to small town “temporarily” 15+ years ago! I don’t see myself ever living in a big city - visits can be fun tho!

Easy fix on colors might be to make the product theme-able / skin-able. Being ignored overall is not a good sign - I would demand clarification of roles & responsibilities.

I think Enterprise Security Features will eventually trickle down to all plans. Years ago we required Premium subscription to have forced HTTPS and we didn't have a single bush back - but it was shameful act from 2000s, especially afte

I get the feeling! I wish I could guess your age - I remember feeling the same years ago when everything, it seemed, started moving to web. Totally ignored the frontend movement because of it. I think it’s the coming of age - next generatio

Ideas are great but can you make it a product that someone is willing to pay for? Lean startup methodologies might be useful in that regard. As for the comfortable life - if that’s your goal then don’t do startups. You’ll quit 9-5 to work 2

Do you have an agreement? Are the roles and funding spelled out? To me it sounds like you're an employee! A free one at that! I'll concur with others that it's time to walk away.

It's obvious OP is getting onboarded by a company with no or a borked onboarding process - I get that it's red flag but the entire writeup came off whiny to me. I realize "high maintenance" has a negative connotation...
