Look into high-dose niacin, YouTube might be a good place to start, Chris Masterjohn has some good content on niacin therapy.

I take the opposite approach in that I keep the default config file locations and have .gitignore set to "*", and just force-add files as needed. Also have GIT_DIR and GIT_WORK_TREE=$HOME

By this logic (which I agree with), land animal fats would best match (for beef fat: "oleic acid (36.21%), palmitic (25.67%) and stearic (20.97)"). Nuts & seeds are often high in omega-6 and are hard enough to digest that it&#

Not at all. Flax has alpha linoleic acid which needs conversion dependent on specific genetics, and is generally low when not outright insufficient (for some common genetics). Walnuts are full of omega-6 too and as pointed out elsewhere her

I guess my idea is most cultures have moved on or are in the process of moving on having realized that "things" is not what they need most, but that's a phase that a culture must pass through. Again, there are plenty of other

Dogs know. This applies to humans too, there is research showing a low omega-3 level is equivalent to smoking for health outcomes. Omega-3s are very important immunomodulators.

I don't see why it goes without saying the extra energy would necessarily go towards consumerism. There is still a long way to go towards getting every human a decent life and opportunity to reach their full potential. There's no

Isn’t it mostly that the structure of content on the web has changed? It's mostly centralized social media now, so that's where the most relevant results are going to be. Most of the attention is there, anyway.

So the fear is we’ll use the extra energy to literally warm the planet? Seems like a scale mismatch. Climate “engineering” like blocking out the sun seems like a much more real danger

Maybe just decentralize things a bit more... And then some more... And so on. The less power is concentrated the more we avoid wars and other zero sum things no?

Keto can be a bad diet even after removing sugar and most carbs if one eats keto junkfood. Any person that had success with keto also understood and some point that food quality, and particularly fat quality, is a must. Instead of omega-6 f

Just do a carnivore / zerocarb diet, that's actually healthy (none of that liquid diet / powder nonsense). Lots of people doing it are doing it for the same reasons as you, so you'll find support if you need it.
