I wonder how Microsoft will react to this. I also think that nvidia might not like it, and I wonder if there are actors who can undermine steamos.

Sorry, but it's easier to learn basic C++/C, and let beginner developers get lessons from a basic linter or clang-tidy for about the same result, for a fraction of the developer cost. I want rust to be adopted and I believe compan

I stopped playing counter strike like 2 months ago after playing for 6 months, because I was getting paranoid about closet cheaters. My trust in the game eroded, even though cheaters are not there all the time. Closet cheaters are cheating

I wonder who makes that anticheat, I mean in what country. Obviously they have so many users, they might need to fix it. I can imagine that Microsoft might try to help them doing things right.

It can be seen as a Chinese backdoor on western computers. I am not expert, but I think it's not necessarily the case? Cheating is really a plague right now, and the only way to mitigate it is using kernel anti cheat.

Interesting how they might think about trade offs. I also suspect the NSA has automated how they find vulnerabilities in source code. But yeah, so far it seems we let security be an open party, instead of requiring companies to audit a soft

I tend to believe that individualist societies tend to fracture families, and make people live with their own kitchen and living room. That's not good, it's like a social prison. I can understand that people want to have 100% priv

I asked chatgpt mini something about godot, and often it gives erroneous answers. So it causes developers to regularly fix what chatgpt is wrong about. Not great.

I remember having to set up an Ogre3D (A C++ 3D engine) project so I could compile it with XCode. For some reason it required a bit of objective C for it to work with opengl. I sold my macbook about 2 years later, around 2015.
