The biggest problem is many farmer's do not have an economic incentive to be more efficient. They have open drilling rights . They pay a fee pump, but it's not tied to how much they use. Further, if there's a national inter

About time. Agriculture is using 80% of the water, but accounts for a mere 2% of the GDP (4% of employment)[1]. There's no reason we should be squeezing our rural and suburban centers that fuel the overwhelming majority of our economy

The article mentions that this is balanced by the longer life spans of women leading to an overall average of very, very near 50/50 (other factors aside).

I'm not sure docker would want to do this or if that's even an appropriate feature to integrate. I'd rather see it supported by vagrant, which would seem an appropriate tool to manage them with.

I develop containers on OS X. I just spin up a linux box in vmware running a docker server listening on TCP. From my development experience, there's no difference from working directly on a linux box.

Ran the script. Hit Ctrl-D instead of sudo halt and it hung, had to kill the proc from another shell. But, compiled clean, test vm started fast. Will look at again.

The answer is simple. It doesn't really matter if you're under or over appreciated. What matters is you think you are under valued. That never leads to a satisfying work week and often leads to less than your best output. So it&#x
