I would recommend not building from scratch. Take a known platform (even if you build it yourself) and focus on the navigation. I would highly recommend looking at ardupilot and inav. You need a bunch of components to make a drone... frame,

Maybe in tech, enterprises are building their own stuff, but outside those companies large enterprises are largely either outsourcing(to AWS, or managed providers) or looking for solutions with minimal system maintenance... I see oxide as a

Dell "almost" got it with their c series, where they had like 4 compute in a 2u box, so you can run 8 CPUs in 2u with like 12 or 16 slots of ram per compute, but they increased the pricing so much they aren't worth it anymore

Eventually that might be the case, but I actually think there will be enough room for both companies to have healthy growth. Personally I think oxide will clean up in the enterprise space, whereas SuperMicro will focus more on the people bu

This makes their modeling errors even more egregious and embarrassing. If you know governments are subsidizing it, and there are no foreseeable plans to cut said subsidies, you would be a fool to not forecast growth.

Encyclopedia Britannica type of resources are probably gonna make a comeback. I recently was thinking how much of an opportunity for growth there is going to be for fact checked/expert verified resources in the next 10-20 years.

When the median household income is 75,000 and the average household size is 2.5, yes, a metric like this can be a value judgement of policies. I have another kid on the way and daycare for both kids (when the new one is about 8-9 months

The dirty secret is that almost every award for companies is pay to play. Some just obfuscate it better than others (e.g. gartner, forester or other big boys) rather than making it a straight up cash for award play. If you aren’t paying t

Wanna make one, we could open source it? I have thought about making something similar before for driving VFD/Nixie tubes. There are a bunch of things out there that don't quite scratch the itch. https://www.sparkfun.

I had actually worked on a greenfield project and was comparing them with ARM, I was quite surprised how expensive they were when you did an apples to apples comparison to ARM. I was expecting like 30-50% savings on ARM, which they wouldn&#
