I had actually worked on a greenfield project and was comparing them with ARM, I was quite surprised how expensive they were when you did an apples to apples comparison to ARM. I was expecting like 30-50% savings on ARM, which they wouldn't be anywhere near. They kept mentioning they would match or do better than ARM pricing, but at least with ARM, there was a bit more flexibility (like paying at tapeout, and for startups with ARM it's like $100k for support IIRC).
