I agree but for different reasons... namely, our ancestors have lived off red meat for hundreds of thousands of years. We can still eat red meat our entire lives with minimal, or at the very least, hard to link direct consequences to our he

I believe it is a supply issue currently and will continue to be to a certain point, but that point falls far short of ubiquitous adoption.

I realize my argument made it seem like I was using the sales data to justify my claim, but that wasn't really what I was going for - my mistake. I am aware of the demand issues, but the question is how far does that scale? The current

Let me add one more, and I don't think it's an edge case but for some reason nobody talks about it - a large percentage of people just don't want them. That, to me, is the biggest blocker of adoption. Most of the other argume

Can someone provide a reasonably unbiased take on the state of Californias electric grid? From the outside looking in, it seems their push towards renewables was perhaps too aggressive and now they are having issues meeting demand - but adm

I tried to do this as well... bought a year subscription to the local paper. Unfortunately I live semi-rural and it is written so egregiously its only worth is feeding the firebox each week.

Something that really helped me was a smartwatch. I picked up an Apple Watch (cellular) a few weeks ago so I didn't have to carry my phone around, and subsequently, would not be tempted to mindlessly use it. I think the experiment has

A lot of it really is just time management, minimize things that don't matter, and maintaining your mental and physical health. I am by no means part of this elite class referenced - but I am able to keep up with a demanding job, full

IMO the wristwatch was perfected for the average user in 1989 with the Casio F-91W. Ten dollars, ten year battery, does time and date to a reasonable accuracy, has an alarm, a stopwatch, and a light - for ten dollars . That value is insane

The original RFC came out in 1995, the modern RFC used today in 1998 - almost 25 years ago. When I was in college in 2012 (going through the Cisco NetAcad) they were preaching that our IPv6 future was "just around the corner". I a
