Instead of asking is this price fair ask if you would pay that price to buy your site and ask yourself what you would do to make it worth more. If you don't take the offer you're essentially buying your site for that price.

My argument would be either use them now where the surgeons can still use the tech to benefit them or be forced to by malpractice insurance later where you can't reap as many benefits.

I like your idea but as vizs go it's a bit misguided. Something 4 rings out in one direction and 5 rings out in another would be hard to compare at a glance. Instead you could make a directionless viz that's basically a bar graph
