What’s the difference between a billion dollar corporation and a million dollar corporation in terms of the content that’s curated and presented to you? Is it that it feels like Joe doesn’t curate his guests? Because I assure you, with the

I think that’s a poor analogy. More like, someone sneaks onto your land and hides in a shed from the bitter cold, you find them, throw their child in your basement, and push the adults onto a plane back to their home country.

I haven't run into any issues. Homebrew seems to be (mostly) working, and most vendors have created universal images at this point. I think the only thing I'm personally waiting on is VMware Fusion (currently in beta). Swift still

I can't wait for you to try it! Also, you can shio koji any meat, not just beef for what it's worth, but I personally feel like the flavors start to go sideways. Pork and chicken I feel need a bolder flavor to prop up the dry age

Medium rare has a quite large range when you consider sous vide (129 - 134) because you can select any of them and get a medium rare steak in all cases. When testing my sous vide device, I noted that the device is off by one degree. Not sur

Not additional spending exactly, but direct payments to the population to avoid a liquidity trap. It's a trade off, gaining a little on GDP by increasing inflation. See: Japan for what a persistent liquidity trap does to a country. Hel

Sure, so I grabbed a normal ribeye, dusted it with shio koji powder (might be at your local Asian food market, definitely on Amazon) and put it covered in the fridge for 48 hours. Make sure you get the actual powder, because if you get inoc

Yeah, lot of myths about the smoke ring - you can put on some prague powder #1 about 20 minutes before cooking in the oven and you can replicate the ring. It's not a sign of a well done cook in all aspects, though it does add to the vi
