Was that on a 4K Netflix subscription? Image quality on Netflix varies between shows, so I'd guess it was intentional. Possibly the quality gets a little downgraded on a less-than 4K resolution (which also squashes the dynamic range du

They are MacBook-like if you consider thickness, weight, screen resolution and battery life (pre-M1 Mac that is). It's a shame the build quality is so bad. The Dell on-site support tech is a regular at my company due to the amount of b

I can see the value in a distraction-free system (although you'd have to run MSDOS on an old PC, not in an emulator). But why not just turn the unwanted features off? If someone is smart enough to get by with MSDOS they are probably sm

If it uses 500W it must be a heck of a TV. My last-gen plasma doesn't use more than 180. Simple solution is to just turn the TV off when you're not watching it. Cut viewing time back to 1-3h/day and you're under 200 euro

The higher-end models have a higher refresh rates and will flicker less. I've still got a GT60 running and don't notice the flicker. (I can see it when blinking my eyes rapidly, but who does that while watching TV ;) )

Simple: because a single entity has responsibility for the entire product. PC's are built out of software from Microsoft, hardware from a random supplier (and probably a contractor who agreed to write a driver in a week), and a assembl

While digital synths sound good now (and have low latency) you still need a UI that is suited for making music (a good midi controller). Since you already need a DSP to hook that stuff up to a USB port it's not a stretch to just up the
