About 25% of accounts find Planscope organically. Honestly, I don't spend much time on SEO itself. I follow standard best practices, write content targeted to my audience, and let the Googles figure out the rest.

Most of my initial customers were freelancers. The problem is labeling - some go by "freelancer", others "contractor", "consultants", and so on. I decided early on to focus on freelancer, and got what I aimed for. Now I'm getting some enter

How did you determine pricing for your workshop? As an outsider without interest in the particular coverage area of your workshop, $999 seems steep to me. Are you comparing your workshop with others to determine price? I'm targeting estab

Couldn't have been a better day to come across this. Needed to sell seats for my workshop, and was going to build a registration page and hook it up to Stripe's new button. 5 minutes later with Wufoo and I'm up and accepting registrations :

I am in a VERY low-tech, slightly rural area where the median income is somewhere north of $30k a year. In no way does that affect my pricing, and I charge more than most Bay Area consultants. My method is pretty simple: understand the clie

I spend about 2 hours a week total, so right - it's not totally passive... But I'm at the point now where I could outsource first tier support and maybe get away with no weekly involvement. But I want more growth, so I'm still actively wo

I'd be curious to hear about how you onboard new users - from all appearances, the vagueness/single page sort of force people to register if they want to learn about the product. What kind of onboarding or lifecycle setup have you implement
