My wife enjoyed her 6P, then it died prematurely of bootloop. As did the warranty replacement one. Got a double payout from the eventual class action suit.

That article does say that only 4% is "grass-fed", but I don't think that implies 96% of beef cattle never graze, merely that they don't graze enough to meet the "grass-fed" labeling requirements. I grew up on

Then you can look at the excess deaths statistics from the time the pandemic started, but before vaccines became available. It paints a similar picture. A lot more people "than usual" dying in 2020 (before vaccines in US).

Over 20 years ago, as a teen, I went to St. Louis with my mom who was attending an art teachers' conference. I think the City Museum was almost ready to open to the public, and the conference arranged to let us all in one night. The p

But according to the article, they can be stopped by trees (at least sometimes). So... maybe they could make a "wall" by planting a row of trees along the border? Maples are nice.

Being able to drive on wheels while "kneeling", was really interesting. Could see it being useful for robots to choose mode best suited to current terrain. Wheels for roads, feet for climbing. Does this count as a Transformer?

Mods is part of it, but the biggest reason my 12 year-old insisted on switching to Java is because he says redstone behaves differently. He'd try to recreate a cool build he saw in a book or online, and get super frustrated when it jus

The problem is that which microbes do the job depends on how much oxygen is available. If there's not enough, like when buried, the decomposition is anerobic. This produces a lot more methane than aerobic decomposition.

I was surprised when a Romanian friend told me tips were common in hospitals over there. The national healthcare system was "free", but a surgery might still cost a couple hundred in gifts to the surgeon, anesthesiologist, etc.
