Just so we are clear- The point of the post is to inform AirBnB hosts that their guest could possibly stay forever. Would you not want to know about that? Nothing to do with pro-landlord or otherwise.

Didnt even get into the issue of what happens if you already have a rent controlled apartment that you use airbnb to make a profit from. Theres a entire gamut of issues around airbnb that have yet to be explored and frankly I dont see how t

Wow, I did not expect the plastic for this to be so expensive. Nearly $100 for a lb of plastic?! Is that cost really in line with their costs, or is this selling razors without giving away the handle? http://store.makerbot.com/filament

Before you jump to conclusions, please be aware its definitely possible that TP isnt doing this directly but that it is a bot doing this to get these users more followers or something. Keep in mind most networks have this problem ( twitter,

The time honored solution to this is not how you propose- Its called double-stepping and its annoying from a UI perspective. Step 1: Enter your username and click "go" Step 2: you are presented with a image you have chosen before- If the im

Most people do more than 1 pageview- Also, multiple ads per page = multiple ad impressions. So while he only has 1m uniques a day, that could be 1.5 visits per user (a unique could covert 10 videos and would only be counted once) so guessti

Doesnt matter if you have a site with more traffic. What matters is the niche/market. You could have a site with a billion visits a day but if its about basket weaving you are going to have a harder time than a site like his with massive ex

Another thought is that padmapper is not /copying/ the data - They are summarizing it. So there could be a entire listing for a SF apartment with lots of details and padmapper would not copy any of it- instead they would just make notes - 3
