This is a very good/short description that explains what happened. It's not that they made risky investments but rather lack of diversity plus the insider trading of everyone pulling their money did they in. No sympathy.

They put excess of 250k because of the expectation of a higher return. Depositors took the risk when they deposited the 250001the dollar into the account. SVB owners lobbied to reduce regulation, won, and now they got what they asked for. A

Exactly, they (government) can ask you to continue to update, you decline, they sue to force the issue. Highly unlikely the courts rule so quickly that at least one day goes by without an update. This is the signal something has happened.

It's not so much that the information got removed but rather they decided to not update the message. Failure of a new update is the signal that something happened.

1000% This. A good therapist can help you figure out why you feel the way you feel. For me, I put my self value in my work, so if my work or the work of those around me was not up to my standard, I'd take it as a blow to my self worth.

The punishment should be more than a fine it should be jail. If you can pay for the consequences then there are no laws. Take away their freedom and make them lose time in their life.

I've done this but from jiffyshirts.com. I usually would purchase the Gildan brand but they would end up shrinking overtime. Which is better, 3 shirts at $3 that shrink overtime or 1 shirt at $15 ? I think the key is to find something
