Antibiotic selection does not have the same dynamics as viral evolution does. This graphic demonstrates a good example as to the epitope coverage across S by both B-cells and T-cells: https://www.medrxiv.org/content/med

I really don't want to go back rehashing the point as to why it doesn't work, mainly because finding all of the references again and double checking the wording to make sure it matches the literature is rather time consuming... h

Correct. HCQ only works in vitro with Vero cells that do not express TMPRSS2. It stops working once you start expressing the gene.

Heh, yes. I developed tardive dyskinesia from use of antipsychotics over a period of 8 months. It's been over 6 years since I've taken them, but it still has not gotten any better... You can still develop TD regardless of the drug

Happened to me. Doctors gaslight me when I had an allergic reaction to Macrogol, claiming it was an anxiety attack while I could visibly feel myself suffocating to death. Did anyone bother to add it to my EHR? No. Did anyone even add the al

I lost the ability to control my hands, legs, tongue, face and more thanks to antipsychotic induced dyskinesia; plus it left me with severe attention deficit. It has been over 5 years and it has not gotten any better. I haven’t taken those

Man, the mental health crisis is just bad for certain people. I basically got thrown away by the professional mental system because I'm classically "untreatable" and got left to fend for my own. :(

Technically, userspace already works, as in you can use a standard Darwin/BSD system root and that'll work fine. For an iOS GUI userspace.. you'd need to implement some more kernel drivers.
