OP suggests it's funny that people are mad at Elon Musk. This implies they find the actions of Elon funny, or they're laughing at the people who are harmed. I'm trying to understand why people act like this.

I did not call them a child. I asked a question. I recall when I was in school, children were very cruel and would bully one another. It's why I asked.

I would like to understand your position. Why do you think people being really mad is funny? To me, this reaction seems to be why Trump and Musk are able to troll and bully. It's because people think it's funny, but why? Are you a

Cut a lot of the funding and staff. In other words, we've exceeded regulatory capture and now the regulators (who are already captured) are being managed by DOGE. Regulatory capture now regulated by DOGE. It's unbelievable.

Recently medicaid overtook defense. You're right, but medicaid shouldn't exist and is a symptom of the larger forced government inefficiency that is the health insurance system. People also claim that social security is a great po

Defense isn't auditable and they spend the most by far. I'm not concerned with government spending. The only reason we have a deficit is because GOP keeps cutting taxes for millionaires.

DOGE has destroyed several agencies that were investigating his companies including FAA (starlink), FDA(neurolink), NHTSA(tesla). I'm sure there are many more, but these instantly come to mind.

Simply audit defense spending. It's the vast majority of government spending and hasn't been auditable in ages.

I disagree and honestly don't know what you're referencing. Maga has created an entire disinformation space in the past 5 or so years. Trump has Truth social. Musk bought Twitter. There are new entertainment outlets like Newsmaxx.

This makes no sense because Trump did all the covid stuff. It was corrected when Biden took office. I agree that covid enabled this transition away from reality, but because of people becoming segregated and always online. Your personal tak

MAGA has targeted low information voters who aren't logical or rational. They don't think critically and believe what they see even if it contradicts something they previously believed. The structural reason is mass manipulation t

Trump won't live that long. He's ancient and very unhealthy. It's unlikely he lives to 2028. They reject democracy when if they lose as shown in 2020. elections will occur. Will they be free and fair? No.
