You can sue USCIS. Check wasden baniyas law firm. They've been able to obtain EAD cards for many H4 spouses by going to court over such unreasonable delays.

It's interesting states or cities are allowed to give deferential tax treatment for specific companies. I thought that would be considered discrimination if you consider corporations as people.

How do they compare or relate to differential neural nets (diffeqflux) ?

Atleast JIRA isn't confusing. Finding or adding a task in azure devops takes forever because of its cryptic UI.

How well do differential neural nets perform in casual inference ? There seems to be a pretty good library from sciml that claims to learn models from limited data but wondering if they generalize well

I have a bunch of patents. They look cool in a resume but not really a big deal unless they are vital to a very visible product.

How do UPS USPS and FedEx drivers tackle this issue ? Restroom access is a problem and it's important to come up with some proposals especially if we want more women to be able to work these jobs

This should be the poster child for making non-competes illegal nationwide. It's great that in California, people are able to use their hard earned technical expertise to strike out on their own, create competition and be compensated a

Its ironic because it's actually the human at the other end forcing you to drop what you're doing and pay attention at their whim. Calling only when it's time sensitive and simply dropping a note otherwise is more respectful

Good article. But what you say might make sense in CA, but employers outside CA use non-compete agreements to avoid this type of disruption. Eventually, salary bands and performance reviews just becomes an excuse to underpay employees since

I always wonder how china didn't succumb to crippling levels of infrastructure corruption affecting India. There's corruption but wasn't large enough to stunt GDP growth.
