Believe it or not, having a very light stomach gives a big boost to energy levels and alertness. On the inevitable days I feel very dull (mostly afternoons) I follow yoga nidra practises for about 20 minutes ( it’s on YouTube. Pick any ) .

I do have a concern with this. From the post it appears that this is zip-tied. How long can zip ties last with such weight? I’m afraid that it’ll fall down and cause havoc if I ever attempt a thing like this. Even with sff pcs

While I don't do it, a lot of people I know (online) swear by treadmill desk. Walk + work. I personally stick to hatha-yoga (physical stretches etc) and one kettlebell for my shoulder.
