When over 95% of the calls you receive are spam, it's not reasonable to excuse yourself from meetings whenever you get a phone call. I mean, unless you just don't want to be in meetings. Which is okay.

Giving them your personal information is a form of payment. I don't mean this in a pedantic or academic sense, but a very real one.

I don't want to pay for it. That's good, because it's free. I don't have to watch the ads if I don't want to. I have no such obligation. They give you the videos for free. You don't have to watch ads. I don

All energy use is bad for everyone. The question is how much utility is gained from that use, and does that utility outweigh the downsides of consuming the energy. Criticizing uses of energy based on their cost and utility isn't persec

You can buy and sell digital assets without cryptocurrency. Also, the blockchain is not authoritative over ownership of those assets. Good old fashioned contracts are what enable transfer of digital assets. Crypto is just a terrible payment

You're right, the model would be improved by adding depreciation. I suspect it would increase the disparity, making the Bolt even cheaper. But I don't know that without looking into it more. I think I will at least look at the top

The comparison is on cost. It is explicitly not a goal to include something like how it feels to drive one. I don't like cars, and none of them feel good to drive. I don't want a car, but I have to own one for transportation. I wa

I recently compared low-end cars in the US by 10-year cost of ownership, including purchase price, tax incentives, etc. A new Bolt was cheaper than even a pre-owned Civic.

Presumably our sense of taste is not adapted to a world of abundance. In a world of scarcity, the problems caused by a diet rich in sugar are a far off concern when you're starving and looking for calories.
