I'm at a small business that gets maybe 2 dozen new computers a year but line 1 on my setup list is "DO NOT PLUG IN THE ETHERNET CABLE" I can't believe it's come to this...

Yeah it definitely feels like it's from a different era, I got nostalgia just hovering over the links in Arial bold and thinking of all the hours I'd spend trying to come up with the perfect :hover color. Now it's just lighte

Impossible is definitely better tasting, but I'm happy to see Taco Bell is included in this deal (though not in the headline here on HN). I haven't been there since they got rid of potatoes, so having a vegan option would make my

WIN+"calc" opened up a Bing search for the term "calc" inside of Edge for me the other day. I imagine in a few more years that will actually be the expected behavior.

Everytime I use this I expect my coworkers to react with "how did you find that so fast!?" and I can share the magic with them, but they're probably just thinking about what to order for lunch.

Of course, but at a certain point you think "how many more times can I possibly have to re-confirm this?" and you just let it run its course. To top it off, they bought 2 2-packs. The last battery lasted me 4 years so I guess they

Living in Florida, I've gone weeks without power. It's so disappointing to get up, go to work, come back, and still not have power. And it's 90 degrees and 100% humid, and if you open the windows bugs will get in. It's j
