Ok, so if we ignore one of the major advantages of trains, trains aren't competitive?

The kernel also recently (4.8-ish?) introduce an `olddefconfig` command, so you don't have to mess around with yes.

Worth noting that for the particular case you've cited, you can just use make, even without a makefile: ~ cat test.cpp #include <iostream> using namespace std; int main() { cout << "hi\n";

Yes, Reported-by is the original reporter. Signed-off-by is fallout from the SCO lawsuit. It has nothing to do with agreeing to any sort of CLA; it's just another way to confirm that the code was written by the person in Signed-off-by,

I'm amazed nobody has said Denver, Colorado yet. The combination of big city plus mountain geography is very unique in the US, but also anywhere in the world I think (I've heard suggestions that Zurich is similar r.e. geography, b

I have nothing but good things to say about the pypy/cffi team. I have been maintaining a project using it for about a year and a half, and we've had great experiences reporting bugs to and getting help from Armin (the maintainer

No, it's not rude. For me personally, I just think it's great that someone else was interested in the code. I would venture a guess that 95% of the ESL speakers I know just want to get better, and would love to be corrected.

I think that falls under the first category of "educate the would-be aggressors", does it not?

Qtile has a set of virtual desktops ("groups" in qtile lingo), and you can display any group on any monitor, rather than having one group that maps to your pair of monitors. I find this behavior very handy. EDIT: to clarify, it fu

What is an "isomorphic single page application"? I know what isomorphic means in a group theoretic context, but I have no idea what it means in a webapp context.
