I didn't mean we never had violent criminals.. Just that liquidating journalists and lawyers doesn't fit their usual mo.

Too bad he did a lot of good things I believe. Those gangsters that shot him they are a phenomenon that's relatively new. Criminals did not previously go after lawyers or journalists. Now that has definitely changed.

The fact is you did not short anything but you bought a put option. Even if I agree with you on bitcoin having an intrinsic value less than that of toilet paper, these reasons would have been true before the recent high point too. Instead,

I was offended because of the male adjective. If they had said European explorers that would have been normal but the gender of the European explorers seems to not be very relevant and included only for political signalling reasons.

"beyond the accounts of European male explorers that usually predominate." Here I was reading a fun account about Polynesian Antarctic seafaring and then that happens.

Case on aerodynamics is weak. I realize their analysis might make sense for extreme endurance events, but they don't generalize to road cycling. They did not test at common race speeds for cyclists. It's 5 watt at 30km/h. Tha

I agree with him, but more on philosophical grounds. The idea of crypto is to make taxation impossible and government irrelevant. If democracy is to be preserved, this obviously cannot happen. Therefore government has to fight back.

I highly doubt they will sell any at that price. It's more than some people make in an hour, working. It's not quite sane and shows a backwards mindset. why would an autonomous car even need a steering wheel?

I don't think shaming people for doing what's in their best interest is ultimately progress. I smell a lot of vitriol in the article. I would never read Mr Feriss, because I think it's just a fad. Realistically if you work 4

Maybe go for a weekend in the mountains. Take a book (fiction) and see whether you like that. Leave the cell at home. I personally never had this problem. I only do overtime to please the boss sometimes, not for myself.

I grew up with the values that discrimination is wrong no matter the gender. Normally it's guys that get discriminated against in this highly institutionalised manner. At least in the West. Japan and the third world are a different sto

Not (just) those. The Constitution has two articles (93, 94) that say treaties from 'people rights' institutions (like the UN, I guess) are legally binding and supersede national law of there is a conflict.

This isn't welfare, you know. Perhaps live in a country that has it to learn what it is. It serves the purpose of not letting people starve. It's not about this kind of decadence.
