Amazon makes it easy to sell especially with FBA. That's as much a good thing as it can be misused. It allows new businesses to get started when they cannot afford to handle shipping to customers themselves.

So it turns out the default on Debian is mawk which does NOT support Unicode. Thanks for pointing that out. This simple test gives different results for gawk and mawk. $ echo 'ö' | awk '{print length}'

I believe no distro actually ships this version of awk by default. They ship GNU awk which has Unicode support anyways.

SWD is purposefully exposed on that board and instead of flashing via the bootloader I got flashing with gdb via SWD with the `load` command working. I just use a male header with some jumper wires for the connection. It seems stable enough

It stands for "Transaction authentication number", in Germany this term is widely used, not sure about other European countries. And yes you are correct, this is a one-time password you enter to authenticate a bank transaction.

Fair enough, my first idea was actually to use MicroPython. With a megabyte of Flash that would have been possible, but 64K is just not enough.

On-chip debugging with OpenOCD was actually one of the next things I wanted to try out with my drone. I need to get an ST-Link dongle because the drone doesn't have one on board. I'm not sure if JTAG will even work or if they conn
