We’re pretty happy with Clickup as the non-tech people also know how to use it. Also a lot of the automations and integrations are pretty well done.

Pomelo uses an Icelandic acquiring bank (actually the same as Stripe used to use) as it has its own payment license and E-money license (regulated by the FCA). This is not for Pomelo.

No, this is called merchant tokenisation (the token only works with that specific processor and that merchant) so you generally can't transfer over pre-auths unless you actually hold the auth code and card details yourself.

There are other options such as stopping payouts completely and holding 100% in reserve, not shutting down completely within 48 hours.
