No, this is called merchant tokenisation (the token only works with that specific processor and that merchant) so you generally can't transfer over pre-auths unless you actually hold the auth code and card details yourself.

Stripe explicitly support this: https://stripe.com/docs/security/data-migrations/exports https://stripe.com/docs/security/data-migrations/exports However, the card details don't go to you. They'll transfer the card details to another PCI compliant payment processor.
