Is it now finally faster than GraphLab? Couple years ago when I last used them, there were some operations like PageRank that was magnitudes faster with GraphLab. Hope they have caught up now. GraphLab has been deprecated for a long while n

Are you serious? Using vanilla Web Components is just god awful and I can't recommend them to anyone with a straight face. Not having had experience with "normal" web frameworks like Svelte, React or Vue. You have to invent a

Yeah I don't understand what the other solution would be. If you want to have reusable styles, eg "btn" class with all your defaults @apply is the obvious choice. Otherwise you'll end up with similar gargantuan CSS class

IMO you just should buy a house with low monthly fees. The prices are hopefully going down in most places during the next year which should provide plenty of opportunities. Then, if you like, just buy up some ETFs or otherwise diversified a

Hmm hadn't thought about that. Yeah Yjs should use more granular steps instead of just replacing the whole doc each time remote update is received.

Interesting, yeah access-control is kinda open problem with Yjs. Regarding ProseMirror and rich-text documents, you can mess up documents in other ways as well. Eg deploy a faulty command with a transaction that inserts nodes with invalid c

I am using it for sending data between game server and client. Encoding the messages in JSON would be just silly, although I wonder what is the standard in the game industry.
