From my experience, the same people who love using Scrum are the same ones who post cringy stuff on LinkedIn. You just can’t reason with them. One time, I tried to reason with a middle manager who insisted on using it. He had no previous ex

They (the government and banks) still use the phone number to authenticate you. I would not be surprised if they consider using SSNs to issue loans, etc.

The same thing can happen to any traveler. Sometimes you plan to stay for a few months and end up staying for 30 years. So, as cliché as it sounds, enjoy the journey, not the destination!

I have used ArchiCAD to do the same thing before. My question is, what’s the advantage of having it as a web app? Can I, for example, embed it into my site?

Thank you for the suggestions! > Otherwise, ~10% for $500k is probably a bad deal, especially for an AI company or a company with any traction at all. So it seems.

The stock market is just a wealth or money transfer scheme from the naive rich-wannabe to the wealthy who can manipulate the market. Sure, a long-term investment might work in the meantime, until it’s no longer a “long-term” sometime in the

I always wondered, is YC worth the try? Are there any hidden details that are usually not mentioned? I hope to get answers from individuals who went through the process.

I hope having an “I P” in the url isn’t the reason it’s being filtered!

Thanks for sharing that! How I usually do it involves manual work by using gatreamer with usb source and into rtp or even sink it to udp port, I will check this out! > Capture camera stream, encode it in H264/VP8/VP9, and send

No way!! I used to play the original one on my Nokia phone (E61i - I was called a dork for using such a chonky device back then, but I needed that sweet WiFi!) for hours! It was this and another game from iDreams that were my favorites.

Does it work with USB cameras? It would be great if it can just interface with /dev/video0 for example.

I do that in a similar way. I start doing all parts at the same time, going back and forth until it’s done. It’s not a perfect approach though. Two downsides I sometimes encounter are: dependency, when most or some of the work or scope depe

Where’s the infringement when the name doesn’t even match?! “Crowdstrike” vs “Clownstrike”? Or is it illegal now to rhyme words? After what happened, that company should be dismantled for good.
