This strategy would only work if "bad employers" (in this context those who will lie during the hiring process) are in the minority. Even a lying employer can still end up being a comparatively good place to work - but nonetheless

Maybe HR tends to complicate the process to expand its power and justify its existence. There is this "law" that proclaims this is what happens in bureaucratic organisations - hierarchies tend to be grown for that purpose.

That would be true if at all times meant 100% all times. But I doubt that this rule exists and is assumed to exist to keep the pilot himself from causing harm. But rather to notice medical conditions as soon as possible. So from this psycho
