I can get 8 solid hours of battery on my t42p with tlp and the schedutil governor. I also have a script that unloads the modules for certain hardware I might not be using that often. This is with one of those new Chinese batteries. Absolute

My extended family has opted out of holiday spending for many years now. It’s just not sensible to buy things we don’t want or need, and we’re not low income. Plus it’s a good way to stick it to the big firms who moved their factories overs
