wow, I've heard horror stories and that's one of the worst. Also heard about a pediatrician doing a surgery they shouldn't have just to keep up the surgery qualification. I forget the whole story, but it didn't go well.

I saw a documentary similar to what your saying, but I believe it was on fair trade, and focused on underage workers.
