Why would it be used in farming, you can edit the DNA before fertilization in farming, no need to do anything in vivo.

I don’t want a large std lib. It stifles competition and slows the pace of development. Let libraries rise and fall on their own merits. The std lib should limit itself to the basics.

I would take a logical dump on shutdown and the restore that rather. You’d need a backup and restore process anyway, so that path has to exist either way. It’s kind of like a full vacuum, so has some benefits too. The NDA prevents me from s

Yeah, so restart does not. Which means you can count on it about as much as a server of your own, if you could not repair the server. I know a database company that uses instance storage as the primary storage. It’s common.

My understanding is this not true, only when the instance permanently fails and is moved.

Where do you want to start? Going back 3000 years it was the state of Israel. Then conquered by various nations, including the Persians, Greeks and the Romans, among others. Move forward a couple thousand years and it was conquered by Arabs

You must be referring to the 1948 Arab-Israeli War? That was not started by Israel! You would do well to read up a bit on the history of the region, because "Israel literally started the war by invading Palestine" just doesn'

Self defense is not evil. Yes it's war, and wars are horrible, and innocent people die - but Israel didn’t start it. Gaza (that’s what you mean when you say Palestine? You don’t seem educated about the region) was free for the most par

That's the cynical take, and it's been said about 9/11 as well. I don't think it's actually true in either case - but it's impossible to say with 100% certainty.

I can cite multiple studies showing the left bias in the media. I think it's pretty widely held to be true. I'm actually kind of taken aback that anyone would take the other side of that argument.

The media is far from neutral. Almost all have a major left bias. Fox has a major right bias.

The labor market is the most lagging of all economic indicators. It doesn't turn over until we're really in the recession. Leading indicators, like housing and manufacturing, are not looking promising.
