That is a very thoughtful reply pxc, thank you. Perhaps I am wrong but reading your reply I got the impression you thought I was talking about my son in my original reply? I just wanted to clarify that is not the case, I was talking about a

I have seen this first hand with a (non-teenager) family member. They self-diagnosed with ADHD over the past two years. Then they paid to get a private assessment and sure enough got diagnosed with ADHD. Do I think they have ADHD? Nope, not

I have settled on a 17h non-eating window so I generally eat between 1pm and 8pm each day. What I mean is that I have lunch around 1pm, usually something small to "break the fast". Maybe a little snack around 4 or 5pm and then din

Eat less and restrict when you eat. As a teenager and twenty-something I just ate everything, all the time, and often far too much. I was thin so there was no issue. But one day I started to put the weight on, not much but it was there. The

I've had much better luck and performance using yt-dlp and mpv to watch YouTube videos on a Pi. It isn't an amazing experience as you would imagine but it is much better than trying to do it in the browser.

While I’ve had no issues with either my iPhones or Pixels there is one big difference, long term support. I got a Pixel 2XL and an iPhone XS Max back in 2018. The Pixel no longer gets major Android updates and hasn’t for over a year. The iP

Unfortunately you have to give up the higher specs of the 7 Pro if you do that. One nice thing about the iPhone Pro line is the core specs are the same between the 6.1 and 6.7" models.
