Keep learning while you are looking. I would recommend learning Rails or Laravel developing web applications. Those jobs are pretty interesting and they are out there. Usually when you find jobs it's through someone you know or meet so

If you are getting traction and enjoy what you are doing focus on that and keep working at it. You might not be interested in selling in 6 to 12 months or you might sell for 10x what you would sell for now. If you haven't check out @DH

I don't think an umbrella company is needed. Wait to setup an LLC for each side project as they become profitable and show continued growth. That way each project/company is in their own silo. For side projects give them their own

If it's a book you are writing I would change the title to match a .com that is available. I don't think buying a $1,300 .com is going to push the needle for your book sales. I would recommend using a .com though, so change up you

First off get some help/guidance. Call a suicide hotline, even one in the US if you are considering it. The answer to this isn't suicide or fleeing the country. Consider winding down the company and getting out the funds you can.

I would recommend using Rails(Ruby) or Laravel(PHP). Both have great communities to help you along the way. Due to clients I have moved from Rails to Laravel. Both are similar. Checkout Laracasts.com. Laravel has some great tools. Valet (Lo
