Now that I've thought about for a bit it was Compose I had that issue with. I really just wish the Android group would get over their apparent disdain for native code and just let me write my app in C++ without having to deal with JNI

Flutter is at best no different IMO, as now not only do you have to deal with Flutter's build system for Dart, you also have to deal with Kotlin/the default Android build system when you want to do something not supported by the F

This is my main issue with it right now, I'm wasting a whole physical disk in one of my home lab machines because Talos demands control over a full disk for its uses. This is one of the more annoying problems with any "immutable&q

If by "C" you're asking for C compiled to WASM, then fine. But otherwise I would hope that WASN'T ever possible. The endless security nightmare that was ActiveX and NPAPI should serve as more than enough reason why that

Its worked well enough for me both times I've used it. First time it wasn't happy about giving me 10+GB of data in one file, but once I set it to break it up in to multiple files, it was fine. No corruption or anything.

One of many annoyances I have with GNOME, is that they still insist on forcing their slow search crap, instead of doing the sensible thing (that literally everyone else does) and give type-ahead search.
