Don't mind having a go at answering the appropriateness of this vector-based style, from a design/psychological perspective; It might be inherent to the mathemetical precision of this drawing style. The clean-cut shapes and geomet

Refunds apply: > if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours Based on the premise that games are made for entertainment, 2 hours seems (to me) like a solid enough amount

Again, it's not Facebook. It's the companies using the platform. Don't blame the tool. Blame the person wielding it.

Because company [X] thinks the target for product [Y] is [Z]. That's my guess anyway. And I work in (and/or closely with) marketing. .edit: Come to think of it, I want to elaborate on that. Think about search engine optimisation.

Without meaning to be a tit; > Search Ads Basic Why does this not count as "getting into ads"? Genuinely don't see the difference. And to be fair, the product kinda puzzles me in the first place. Is it really only an ad at

This is not just developer-first, even though they say it. Their design shows that all you have to do is copy paste a snippet and it'll work. Also, to OP; that IS design. Design is choosing what to display where, based on a why. Don&

Not really. Proven trackrecords matter. Also, Google can shut down this product without thinking twice. A company that has it as their sole product however, can't. That's a huge difference.

I kind of agree and disagree. Yes we might be thinking of two different things. But I think it's not about the URL, but about the content. There's plenty YouTube videos that are intelligent, with intelligent responses to it. But t

That's funny. I tend to skip the article and go into the comments. Comments tell me "what's wrong with the article", and in doing so, give you a good picture of what the article is about. As for the "what's wro

It's really not as difficult as it is being made. This down to "what you need to do to make something stand out", which means sorting out the importance of elements and turning that into a hierarchy. While there's no way

Your complaint is the equivalent of striding into a concert for 12-20 year olds, and then complaining about the loud noise. You've got to consider the target audience for video games like HearthStone, as well as the amount of users tha
