I've been using the new Mac Pro since 2015 and it's served me will without the need for upgrade... except for one thing. The primary disk being only 256GB causes me all kinds of issues. Everything wants to install and save there

We dropped Telia as a carrier about 2 months ago. I've never seen a network with such stability issues; outages/slowdowns occurred on a weekly basis for us and tech support was useless. The only good thing about Telia is they did

He could have taken the easy way out of his problems and declared bankruptcy. I think most would have, but he paid back all his debts, the hard way; that seems admirable to me.

tl;dr The download button removes a small barrier that users currently have to save HTML 5 content. The size of the barrier depends on the media but the justification on the part of the content owners/creators is the same: protect the

I use Mac OS because I like a reliable and functional workstation. I switched from Windows to OS X (at the time) specifically because of reliability. The biggest challenge then was application availability. We have some big Linux advocate

I love Mac OS but it gets regular updates and which each update, it's more demanding. The hardware needs to keep up. Try running IOS 7 on a Gen 3 iPhone.

The problem is really Non-Practicing Entities (NPE) who are doing the trolling. I think you have to change the laws to eliminate the ability for an NPE to buy up patents for the sole purpose of suing. It would help greatly if Judges were a

Not true, the default settings on OSX on a retina display give you an effective lower resolution with higher clarity. I opt for the higher resolution with lower quality. It effectively makes your text, windows, buttons, icons, smaller.

That's personal preference. I prefer more screen real estate over larger font's at higher clarity.

I go smaller including on my retina displays. My point is I'd love to eliminate 4x 4K monitors with 1x or 2x 8k display, they just need to be larger than 32".

I'm using multiple 32" 4K monitors, and while the additional definition might be "nice," I certainly can't work with any "smaller" text. I wish Dell would produce 8K monitors in a much larger format, like

Remote work has many benefits, but it's not all upside. Possibly IBM saw the successes they had by co-locating the Watson, Marketing and Health squads compared and decided there was a lot of productivity being lost.

The "echo chamber" works both ways. When there is excitement and buzz, it drives startups to success like no where else. Apparently it works in reverse too and people love to see the big kid on the block take hits.

Tipping is a lovely thing when YOU decide to do it. The point is no one wants to be forced to tip. When the tip is required or demanded it's no longer "generous," it's something else when you feel obligated.

No Tipping is one of the main reasons I liked Uber; no cash, no pressure, you just get out of the car and walk away with everyone happy. I would rather pay more for each fare and have Uber aggressively prohibit tipping. I suspect many peop
