GoDaddy has the best customer service if you pick up the phone and give them a call. They're not like Google - they have a phone number listed and people are always available to pick up the phone - 24/7 if I'm not mistaken.

I still think we're headed towards an era of "glocalization". I haven't heard this term since college geography courses, but we're headed back to an age where we are all local blacksmiths and silversmiths. We'll all be working for ourselv

I feel there's a huge flaw in the logic with this application. If these people could afford smart phones, they probably wouldn't have a huge malaria problem. Am I missing something?

Hey, I'm the iBuildMvps guy. Most of the inquiries are people who have done no customer development - I usually send them away to talk to customers - very few come back after that. I don't do fixed charges, hourly rates seems to avoid prob

Agreed. Should definitely be more niche - also need to take into account internet usage and demographics such as disposable income. If someone works full time and makes less than $20K, they're probably not in your target market.

"Do I sell? Do I Raise" What are you trying to do exactly? What's the goal? Why are you selling the business? It doesn't seem clear in your question. Why would you raise capital if you're trying to sell?

What about target market? Most tech companies are targeted towards the tech crowd and younger men. How about custom ties for companies targeted towards businessmen? The difficult part would be designing a custom tie that looks great, but
