I’ve had a similar experience, but it’s been around a year for me. I very rarely have to whitelist anything anymore. Beyond the obvious, one use I’ve had for it is when traveling in an RV and using a bandwidth-limited connection. Not eating

One reason I've used 0 in the past is to allow for multiple income sources (e.g., an employee at one company and a self-employed side project). The worksheet allows for negative offsets to be added into the final deduction count record

Good point — I missed that option. That’s at least a less expensive change than a phone, but it’s still a minimum of $400 vs the $150 of the nano. It’s vastly more expensive for those solely wanting a music player.

One area I've seen that also affect is the data you can get out of a ski resort. On rare occasions, a resort's site will populate its snow report from easily parseable data, but for the vast majority, you're stuck just custom

I'm surprised FastCGI isn't more popular for that reason. Using PHP as an example, Apache + mod_php executes all code under Apache's user/group. If, instead, you use PHP-FPM, you can lock down the execution environment m

I understand the concern over the law in general, but I don't agree with the sentiments about email in particular. Email is not and should not be considered completely secure, so if that is a need, something else should be used. In my

I'm honestly not sure it will get that across. The common mindset always for those pushing for these kinds of backdoors is that _they_ are the ones who will be the sole beneficiaries of it. They either fail to accept (or ignore) that s

Does California have something like the following? It could explain some of the cost. In Washington state we have laws that require workers to be paid Prevailing Wage, the premise of which is that working in a county pays the corresponding

I'm not entirely sure what I'd call it, but competent is not the word. Seattle has a history of attempting to push constitutionally-questionable and ill-thought legislation. 0: https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-

No, but I think that's more because I've never had a WiFi source that worked even half as good as cellular. Campground WiFi is pretty universally bad. I do use a NSM2loco to bridge the cellular hotspot into the router internally,

The wrap-around dinette in the back works for me, and I’ve put up a table outside during comfortable enough weather. I have my mini server plugged in inside my network cabinet, and I do not need more than a laptop screen for what I do, so I

The definition of “move” is usually pretty loose too. In any case I’ve ever heard of, a different position on the same plot of land was satisfactory.

I went a different route due to wanting to keep a home location. We purchased a travel trailer (25’, 80 gallon fresh water capacity, 40 each gray/black) just in time for the 2017 eclipse, and I’ve since built it out to function as a mo

I came here to say the same thing. We’ve already seen it play out in the US with college tuition costs where loans are effectively guaranteed so college tuition has risen to a new equilibrium point to reflect that.

Solar charge controllers are one of the least expensive parts in the system, so anyone serious about preparing for that kind of scenario should just have a spare. Whether the panels themselves would be affected I'm unsure of.

I think it’s more accurate to say the Democrats (and many of their supporters) don’t want a Trump success. Most or all of the current players that were in office in 2006 voted for the Secure Fence Act of 2006, and the same applies to the 20
