Definitely the Chinese, simply because their foreign policy is much less violent than that of the US, and they don't try to forcefully export their political and economic system to other countries.

Yep, for example salmon and other fatty fish is widely recognized to be highly healthy food from cardiovascular point of view, and definitely doesn't increase cancer risk. I don't think even red meat is necessarily so bad - rather
