The timeline looks about right, SA says he moved back to AMD in 2012[1], so figure 4 years to design a new core and get a few test runs in, then a year to ramp enough so you can sell said chip. That being said, I think it has more to do wit

Its so odd, seeing that when I was in Catholic School they'd have kicked me out had I not been vaccinated, but now private schools in Washington State are basically the only place you can easily skip vaccination.

Sure, but a drink in Germany isn't going to run me $7 to $12, it would be less than half that usually. In a major city in the US, your living standards on $43k a year will be much lower than in Germany.

Their consumer hardware is insane to repair, on some models its over 20 screws and a full disassembly to change the hard drive. If you send it to HP for repair, expect half your screw mounts to be sheared off by HP's repair team!

Combined with a large subset of people that have a bootlicker mentality, you end up with those that want power and worship those in power planting drugs and instigating crimes that would otherwise not have occurred.

Yeah, I'd much rather see an apartment or condo building go up in the city limits rather than up in say Bothell. Dense complexes where a 3bed/2bath is in the low $1600s shouldn't be held 15 miles outside the city limits, ther
