That example will be horribly skewed by the JVM startup time, which is a known problem, but doesn't affect your program once it's started. It's pretty meaningless to compare programs that short, eg. scripts because noone sane

Black sharpie then photocopy? Edit: actually, just put a black filter over the sensitive parts while photocopying. That way you don't damage the original and you can send the photocopy over.

I might have overlooked it, but it doesn't seem to say which OS Light Table will run on? I would back it up for Linux, for example, but a Windows version wouldn't be useful for me.

You're going to need way more than that for all their subdomains, CDN, CDN's subdomains, etc. Not to mention having to keep it all up to date in case they roll out a new domain. That said, I use the same technique. :)

It's not "a mistake", it's perjury. With written acknowledgement from the offending party. I hope TechDirt find this worth pursuing in court, these kinds of abuses of the system should not be allowed to continue.

It would be akin to say "this safe? I lost the keys.", wouldn't it? I don't know what's the standard way of dealing with that either though.
