I wonder how Fuchsia will manage in the regulated world's (medical, aviation). A micro kernel is a big sell for regulators/QA. Also, being a RTOS. This would disrupt many big players in the field, such us QNX.

You'd have to agree that the people affected most by this change will be bot networks (Russian IRA, etc). I doubt their goal is to keep "right wingers" they ban off there platform.

I agree. Why do people hate Docker, the CLI . Anyone? I mean, it's slowly going OCI, so no vendor lock-in.

The Docker company may not survive, but Docker will. Especially considering the work the Docker company is doing to support OCI. The dockerd internally uses containerd now, which supports both Docker images and OCI images.

The Docker CLI will be around for a long time. This post is just FUD. There isn't another runtime that is as easy to use as Docker.

The article mentions Kubernetes using containerd and the OCI is the future, but also fails to mention that containerd is developed by Docker, which supports OCI, which largely supported by the Docker company. As of the latest versions of Do

I haven't used Qt4, but I haven't had issue with segfaults and pure C++/QML integration. When it comes to the .NET integration, you don't have to worry about the .NET GC or the JavaScript GC. There are extensive unit tes

I occasionally have to rm my docker instance and recreate it. I'm not sure what it's doing, but at least it's an easy fix.
